Public Liability Insurance
We maintain liability insurance coverage on all rental vehicles to a maximum of $5.000.000 for all vehicles for any bodily injury and property damage liability claim brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the customer (and any other driver listed in the rental contract) as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicles. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract. A deposit of $5000.00 is required.

Customer Responsibility
With PLI In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rent, whether or not due to the fault of customer, customer's responsibility for direct and accidental loss (including theft and vandalism) or damage to the vehicle is unlimited. That is, customer is responsible for all loss or damage.

Optional CDW & VIP Insurance Protection
CDW Insurance $15.00 per Day
With CDW, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report is required) to the vehicle is reduced to $500.00 per occurrence (Off Road $2500.00). A security deposit of $500.00 is required.

CDW Insurance $20.00 per Day
With CDW, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report is required) to the vehicle is reduced to $300.00 per occurrence (Off Road $1000.00). A security deposit of $300.00 is required.

Premier Units = 7 Days during High Season.

Driving to Alaska, to Northern BC - Alaska Highway North of Fort St. John or the Steward Cassiar Highway, to the Yukon Territory and to the Northwest Territories are considered Northern Rentals. A mandatory one-time preparation/insurance fee of $400.00 for Premier Units and $300.00 for Economy Units are applying. The fee does not apply for all rentals originating in Alaska or the Yukon Territory. If you drive into these areas without permission your insurance coverage may be void. In case of an accident customers are responsible for all fees.

The fee includes transfers from / to rental center, propane gas supply, toilet chemicals, cleaning items.

All published rates are available with advance reservation only.
Locally advertised rates may be higher.

Most rental center are providing the following items for rent and at a additional cost: Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc. Advance reservation is highly recommended. You may rent these items also at local outdoor supply stores.

With Optional CDW Insurance $500.00 / $300.00 Accepted form of payment: Credit Cards, Traveler Check or Cash.  Credit card deposits may be processed at the time of pick up. Please Note: the primary renter will need to present a credit card.

All units are strictly non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply upon return of the unit.

A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided

Mexico, Death Valley, New York City, Non-Public Roads, Gravel Roads.
Travel to Alaska, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories is restricted but may be requested in advance for an additional fee of $350.00 plus an additional security deposit of $200.00. Unauthorized travel into the above areas may void the insurance protection.

Are included – with the exception of taxes for additionally locally rented items and locally paid mileage fees

All RV’s are between 1-3 years old

We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested and booked. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refund the difference in the daily rental rates.
