$750.00 Deductible Insurance Included.
Optional supplement Liability Insurance $8.00 per Day

Public Liability Insurance:
PLI with $1.Mio covers accidents in the event that the renter is at fault. A $750.00 deductible includes Motor Vehicle Accidents, Vehicle Theft, Vandalism, Fire, Windshield / Glass Damage. If the renters vacation is interrupted by a mechanical breakdown for more than 12 working hours, the renter will be reimbursed for the greater of 1.) Daily Rental Rate 2.) Expenses for Hotel Room up to $25.00 per person/night 3.) Car Rental of up to $50.00 per day - to a maximum of $1500.00 per tour. Receipts must be presented for refund. Radio, TV,VCR, DVD, Generator, Air Condition, Fridge, Cruise Control, Awning Slide Out Malfunction are not considered mechanical breakdowns.

The following losses are not covered if damage caused by:Negligence: $3000.00 responsibility and refers to accidents caused as a result of drivers negligence and includes: 1.) Off Road Accidents 2.) Backing up Damages 3.) Damages above Windshield caused by striking overhead objects 4.) Misuse of Awnings and Slide Outs 5.) Damages caused by freezing 6.) Deliberate or willful Damages 7.) Failure to maintain Fluid Levels 8.) Driving under Alcohol or Drugs 9.) Traveling in Restricted Areas 10.) Carrying more Passengers than allowed 11.) Failure to use specific fuel 12.) Operation by anyone under 21 Years

 Northern Charges
Driving to Alaska, to Northern BC - Alaska Highway North of Fort St. John or the Steward Cassiar Highway, to the Yukon Territory and to the Northwest Territories are considered Northern Rentals. A mandatory one-time preparation/insurance fee of $250.00 applies. The fee does not apply for all rentals originating in Alaska or the Yukon Territory. If you drive into these areas without permission your insurance coverage may be void. In case of an accident customers are responsible for all fees.

 Rental Equipment
Most rental center are providing the following items for rent and at a additional cost: Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc. Advance reservation is highly recommended. You may rent these items also at local outdoor supply stores.
 Security Deposit
$750.00 Authorized / Blocked on Credit Card while Traveling. $3000.00 for Travel to Baja California. MC, Visa, American Express
 Smoking
All units are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee of $250.00 may apply.
 Transfers - General

 Transfers - Pick up
11:00 am - 13:00 pm / Vehicle Pick up 12:00 - 17:00

A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided
 Travel Restriction
Travel to Baja California (Mexico) $200.00 + Deposit of $3000.00.
Travel to Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territory $250.00.

All regular RV’s are from current model years
Economy Units (Van Conversion Only) are available at reduced rates
 Upgrades / Downgrades
We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested and booked. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refundi the difference in the daily rental rates.
