An additional surcharge may apply to all drivers below 25 years

Use of a generator will be charged with $3.00 per hour or at a flat rate of $8.00 per day
 Insurance Terms
Public Liability Insurance
We maintain public liability insurance coverage on all rental vehicles to a maximum of $5.000.000 for all vehicles for any bodily injury and property damage liability claim brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the customer (and any other driver listed in the rental contract) as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicles. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract. Customer’s responsibility will be $3000.00 per occurrence/accident. A deposit of $3000.00 is required.

VIP Insurance $18.00 per Day
Includes the above CDW Insurance, BCAA Roadside Assistance and Trip Interruption protection. The insurance reduces the liability to $300.00 per accident/occurrence. A security deposit of $300.00 (Credit Card Imprint) is required. Trip interruption protection covers expenses up to $50.00 per person/day for lodging, $50.00 per group for transportation in case of mechanical breakdowns. Failure of Radio, Air Condition, Generator, Cruise Control, Appliances are not considered mechanical breakdowns

 Northern Charges
Driving to Alaska, to Northern BC - Alaska Highway North of Fort St. John or the Steward Cassiar Highway, to the Yukon Territory and to the Northwest Territories (only on Public Roads) are considered Northern Rentals. A mandatory one-time preparation/insurance fee of $400.00 applies. The fee does not apply for all rentals originating in Alaska or the Yukon Territory. If you drive into these areas without permission your insurance coverage may be void. In case of an accident customers are responsible for all fees.

Locally advertised rates may be higher.
 Rental Equipment
Most rental center are providing the following items for rent and at a additional cost: Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc. Advance reservation is highly recommended. You may rent these items also at local outdoor supply stores.

 Smoking
All units are strictly non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply.
 Taxes
Are generally included in our rental rates – with the exception of taxes for additionally locally rented items, additional insurance, one-way fees and locally paid mileage fees
 Transfers - General
Transfers from Airport Locations are included. Downtown transfers are available at an additioal fee of $20.00
 Transfers - Pick up
Between 12:00 –17:00
 Transfers - Return
Drop off between 08:30 – 11:00 A late return fee of $25.00 per hours applies to all units overdue.
 Travel Restriction
RV’s are not permitted to Mexico, within the Death Valley, to New York (Manhattan) and Montreal. Travel to Alaska, the Yukon Territory and to the Northwest Territories are permitted for a one-time charge of $400.00
Excluding: Dalton Highway & Dempster Highway.
 Unit Years
All RV’s are between 1-3 years old
 Upgrades / Downgrades
We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested and booked. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refund the difference in the daily rental rates.
