Public Liability Insurance
PLI with $1.000.000 covers accidents in the event that the renter is at fault. A $1000.00 deductible includes Motor Vehicle Accidents, Vehicle Theft, Vandalism, Fire, Windshield / Glass Damage. Tire damage is not covered. If the renters vacation is interrupted by a mechanical breakdown for more than 12 working hours, the renter will be reimbursed for the greater of:

1.) Daily Rental Rate
2.) Expenses for Hotel Room up to $25.00 per person/night
3.) Car Rental of up to $50.00 per day - to a maximum of $1000.00 Receipts must be presented for refund. Radio, TV, VCR, DVD, Generator, Air Condition, Fridge, Cruise Control, Awning Slide Out Malfunction are not considered mechanical breakdowns.

The following losses are not covered if damage caused by:
Negligence: $3000.00 responsibility and refers to accidents caused as a result of drivers negligence and includes:
01.) Off Road Accidents
02.) Backing up Damages
03.) Damages above Windshield caused by striking overhead objects
04.) Misuse of Awnings and Slide Outs
05.) Damages caused by freezing
06.) Deliberate or willful Damages
07.) Failure to maintain Fluid Levels
08.) Driving under Alcohol or Drugs
09.) Traveling in Restricted Areas
10.) Carrying more Passengers than allowed
11.) Failure to use specific fuel
12.) Operation by anyone under 21 Years

Most rental center are providing the following items for rent and at a additional cost: Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc. Advance reservation is highly recommended. You may rent these items also at local outdoor supply stores.

$750.00 Accepted form of payment: Credit Cards, Traveler Checks or Cash. Credit card deposits may be processed at the time of pick up.
Please Note: the primary renter must present a credit card.

All units are strictly non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply.

Are generally included in our rental rates – with the exception of taxes for additionally locally rented items, additional insurance, one-way fees and locally paid mileage fees

A return transfer either to the hotel or the airport will be provided

Travel on the Dalton Highway, Dempster Highway, Campbell Highway, Elliott Highway and on all gravel roads are not permitted.

We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested and booked. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refund the difference in the daily rental rates.
